This is amazing. I’m so happy you are better. I think our pain is similar. Mine is lower right side primarily. Upper too plus whole tummy at times. But lower right is horrible. I went to the ER 4 years ago and I thought it was my appendix. Doc said it’s my intestines. I got better without surgery. But now it’s bad. Same pain but worse. I do the same as you did, I don’t straighten up my back much because I’m protecting that area. I have my next colonoscopy oct 15. I hope mine goes as well as yours and I feel better after too. I am so glad to find your channel. I hope you stay in remission forever now. ❤️

@@mickchicchats I love your channel so much ! Thank you for replying. Anything crohns related and especially your what to eat in remission. I’m determined to get there. Even if some meals are similar, I think those of us with IBD would like to see it. But anything would be awesome. ❤️
hi...my wife is 12 days post resection and has pain at the anastomosis. How long did your pain last? At times she said that it feels like it strictured again...even though it should be wide open now. thanks....

This is great news for you! My wife is going in for her ileocecal resection today and will hopefully have similar outcome. Her stricture which is less than a pinhole at her ileum has caused 4 bowel obstructions and the last one was very scary indeed. She had the NG tube this time and the pain level was 10++++! She has had Croans for 30 years and is 64 years old so she is not the typical Crohns patient but her Croans stricture looks very similar to other peoples in the ileum. I am debating the same surgery! I am having so many issues and no medicine is working. My terminal ileum and etc are so damaged and scarred they want me to do surgery. Please help! Lol. I'm terrified and not sure what to expect after.
