No Jeannie it's not a new IP, Lords Of The Fallen is a couple of years old already and it was a massive failure when it first came out. This new one is a reboot of the franchise I think. A franchise that only has ONE game.

Henry has it all wrong, u take the friendship and u ingratiate urself to her friend group... you treat her friends like surrogates for her, and you start flirting with the least attractive friend (it's mean but necessary)... the next part isn't guaranteed, but seeing u date her friend makes her think if she is missing out and like a child with a toy... they only want to play with it, when someone else is enjoying it. This isn't a for sure and again it's a scummy move, but I've seen it work and if it doesn't, u dated someone else and it's always a fun experience.
