well in my opinion the superball flower can also pick up money so you can basically steal all the coins from a well that people put coins in
and for the golden flower, yes, you can get money, but you'd have to turn stuff into coins, which could be a form of destruction, which can put you in jail

Aside from stuff like the Super Mario 3D Land/World Tanooki Suit, all of the flight power-ups would also be illegal because... they're not government approved methods of transportation or something. I don't know, I'm not an expert at flight laws, but I do know it's illegal.

The Boo and Bee mushrooms aren't timer-based. You lose the bee if you touch water (which, outside of rain, shouldn't be too hard with the short flight time it grants) and you lose the Boo when exposed to bright lights (such as the sun).

I’d probably have some problems using the Red Star and Propeller Mushroom in real life. I can’t spin once I’m already in the air. The same goes for any power up with a statue ability. I can’t begin a front flip in the air and land with extra force.

personally the tanuki suit would be useful for hiding because your stone and you could blend in also allowing you to fly when you accelerate enough

3:27 - A little correction, but riding a Lakitu's cloud began in Super Mario World: in Mario 3, it just allows you to skip a level. The footage of riding a cloud from Mario 3 was one of the e-Reader levels in the GBA port.
