LOOK at all those SPADEFISH!

On Sunday July 23, we took a 6 hour trip to the wrecks off Virginia Beach where we caught a couple amberjacks and had a really nice catch of spadefish. These spadefish are super fun to catch on light tackle and fight really hard. Spadefish are also very good to eat, so if you are looking for a fish that is fun to catch and good to eat during summer time in Virginia, perhaps try spadefish. Love your channel man. I run out of Hampton and usually fish for cobia and reds predominantly.
Had a great day at the CLT last summer on spades. I been hoping to target AJs somewhere other than having to make the run to the towers in NC. Doesn’t seem to be a well known thing, but I may try some offshore wrecks off VA this year.
