Hi im from the uk can anyone tell me what the 2 extra wheels on the back of the cement truck are used for thank you

Great question! When the trucks drive on the main roads they put these wheels down to spread the weight of their load over more axles so they don’t exceed the legal weight limits. They then lift them up at the job site to make maneuvering easier.
