Sliced pork belly claypot with tofu and wongbok豆腐豚肉煲🔥

    旺菜豚肉豆腐煲
    材料:
    旺菜一個(約一斤)
    豆腐2磚
    急凍豬梅肉片一包
    雞蛋2隻
    蒜蓉適量
    辣椒粒少許
    蔥適量
    處理:
    1. 豬梅頭片,連包裝袋,清水解凍。
    2. 旺菜,搣開一塊塊。
    3. 豆腐,切成三角形小塊,放碗內。
    4. 預備醬汁:
    a. 糖一湯匙
    b. 胡椒粉適量
    c. 生抽一湯匙
    d. 蠔油一湯匙
    加入清水300毫升,攪勻。
    5. 豬肉片已解凍,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    6. 豬肉片,加入調味料:
    a. 生粉一茶匙
    b. 胡椒粉適量
    c. 生抽一茶匙
    攪勻。
    7. 雞蛋,打勻,加入豆腐內,撈勻。
    烹調:
    1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油300毫升。
    2. 加入豆腐,炸香。
    3. 另一邊,預備好煲仔。
    4. 在煲仔內,加入旺菜,加入醬汁2湯匙,大火滾起。
    5. 豆腐已炸好,放碟上。
    6. 旺菜已煮腍,加入豆腐,同時加入醬汁,冚蓋,大火滾起。
    7. 大火在鑊內燒熱油一湯匙。
    8. 轉慢火,加入蒜蓉、蔥段及辣椒粒。
    9. 加入豬肉片,煎香至熟透。
    10. 煲仔已滾起,肉片放上面,冚蓋,約煮一分鐘。
    11. 灑上蔥粒及辣椒粒。
    12. 完成,可享用。

    Ingredients:
    Wongbok 1 No. (about 1 catty)
    Tofu 2 cubes
    Frozen sliced pork belly 1 pack
    Eggs 2 Nos.
    Garlic sauce appropriate amount
    Chili cubes little
    Green onion appropriate amount
    Preparation:
    1. The pork, with plastics, defrost in tap water.
    2. Wongbok, tear it slice by slice.
    3. Tofu, cut in small triangular shapes, put in a bowl.
    4. Prepare sauce:
    a. Sugar 1 tbsp
    b. Pepper appropriate amount
    c. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
    d. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    Add in 300ml of water, mix well.
    5. The pork has been defrosted, rinse thoroughly. Drain.
    6. The pork, add seasoning:
    a. Tapioca starch 1 tsp
    b. Pepper appropriate amount
    c. Light soya sauce 1 tsp
    Mix well.
    7. Eggs, get them whisked. Put in the tofu. Mix well.
    Steps:
    1. Heat up 300ml of oil at high flame in wok.
    2. Add in the tofu, deep fry well.
    3. On the other side, get ready for a pot.
    4. In the pot, add in wongkok, add in 2 tbsp of the sauce. Heat up at high flame.
    5. Tofu has been deep fried well, put on plate.
    6. Wongbok has been softly boiled, add in tofu and the sauce. Cover up the pot. Heat up at high flame.
    7. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
    8. Turn to low flame. Add in garlic sauce, green onion and chili cubes.
    9. Add in the pork, fry well.
    10. The pot has been heated up, put the pork on top. Cover up the pot. Cook for a minute.
    11. Put green onion and chili cubes on top.
    12. Complete. Serve.

    哥哥,我前兩日又買毛豆食,一斤十元二斤十八元,仲買豆卜,請問哥哥係米將豆卜放雪櫃位置,最低放生果個位放豆卜,可以放幾耐😂😂
