We Landed at a Pie Factory...Also Sharks??

- Juuuussstt a smidge late on this one lol. Last July Zoe and I flew out to Julian Pie Co for some delicious pie. We hit the coastline on the way back and saw several sharks in the surf on the way!

Hwy 78 at Hwy 79 at Santa Ysabel. There is plenty of helicopter parking most of the time. Sometimes the lot is pretty full with snow bunnies and car rallies. Have had 6 helicopters there before with no issues. Also there is Dudley’s Bakery known for their breads and pastries and a full service restaurant, Farmhouse 78 and Don’s Market. At the intersection are a few shops too.
Thanks very much...Bob both Bill and I know where this is at sadly neither one of us have a helicopter any more the Army took them away from us when we left some thing about taxpayer property (LOL) or some thing like that but we both ride motorcycles so we may just ride up there and get some pie we live in Sierra vista AZ
It’s also a biker’s paradise too! Lots of sport bikes and Harleys. We fly there a couple times a month, sadly there are not many places to land off airport in California.
