Cool little San Tan Mountain area date flight!
I’m a fixed wing CFI at Mesa Gateway so I know the area well. I was a UH-60 maintainer in the Army prior to becoming a fixed wing guy. That all said, this is the exact reason I’d like to get my rotary cert. My wife loves going to dinner and traveling to different airports. However, there’s just something unique about heli’s other than their cost to fly. Pretty cool video and hello from a fellow Arizonian pilot.
Thats awesome! I spent a lot of time doing pattern work there when CHD's pattern was full. Helicopters definitely have their own gravitational pull, one intro flight and I was sold!
@@AustinClaborn Absolutely! I found you from Matt Guthmillers channel. Was a pleasant surprise seeing you flying in the valley. I've flown on UH-60s, never the pilot, but someday I'll likely dip into rotary.
