Very true about centreboarders skipping sideways in very heavy weather with the keel raised. Twin rudders are a dream on a trailer yacht. Here in Australia the ET28 - Ensor Trailerable 28 - (architect was Paul Ensor, 28 feet LOA) was the first I ever saw design twin rudders on a traileryacht.
