- Here it is! The bets! The funniest! The most exciting and the most AMAZING ANIMAL COMPETITION EVER! The race through GIANT MIRROR MAZE! This maze is the most tricky maze in the World! Four of our smartest pets will fight for the golden medal. Who do you think will win? Is it gonna be evil Dr. Max the cat? Maybe small ,but very brave, Major Hamster? Cute rat Vicky or Ajka the dog? Let's see who is the best!!!
PLEASE NOTE that our pets were not under any pressure, while filming this, whatsoever. Major Hamster and rat Vicky love to overcome any sort of obstacles, spin the wheel and they are very curious and adventurous. Cat Dr. Max and dog Ajka are very friendly, also adventurous and curious and love to explore our mazes and other creations. We take very good care of our "actors", so our pets were not in any danger while filming. They were awarded with many treats after filming.

This is too cute. Have you repeated the experiment, with the same maze, to see who remembers it best? Also, it's hard to compare their skill when they may be as curious about a new environment, as they are interested in escaping.

5 years ago, my uncle and his family came to visit. They had silver coloured car which look like mirror. Our dog was barking at car. We knew he was barking at his own reflection but what we didn't expect was thousands of scratches on cars door. 😢

Yep i think without the ball, although not as clever, it would use a similar strategy to the rat and skirt the edges until it found a way. Outside of the ball they can be really quick too.

@@gorillaman8534 put the others in balls and mazes of proportional size and they're equally as "dumb". You know how hard it is to see through a ball like that? See through it at all, and then see past it to discern walls (of mirrors no less). Not to mention The extra effort of walking inside the ball. The rat would probably be most persistent though.

Well, in this case, ratties are a higher metabolism so they spark quicker responses in their sweet brains, as the cat is curious about smells and wants to explore at their pace. Doggo did great, like rattie, but bigger and tighter to navigate field.
Poor ball baby had no chance a would have probably hopped over the walls, or tried to climb them.
I too did wonder about scent markers (rats are known for their urine drops!) so I was hoping there was a good wipe down between races.
So fun, though; the ending fanfair, was super cute and I was absolutely pulling for the rattle!!

callak _ understandable, but you would only need one more potentially cuz the dog and cat could run the same one. Maybe keep the one they had for the dog and cat, then make a smaller one for the rat and hamster? That would be more cost effective

Just like humans, there are some that kill by default, others by obligations, others for money, other for self defense etc etc. There are cats that don't kill rats/mices. Just like there are crocodiles that let animals ride them, and dogs that can cuddle up to cats or cats that run after dogs who run for their lives xD ( that one i witnessed between my own cat and doggo)

Emilio Sánchez Pérez ya I agree! Hamsters already have poor vision so they use their sense of smell to get around plus when it’s really blurry inside a hamster ball so the hamster could hardly see. This was unfair for the hamster. Also hamster balls are dangerous for hamster because of lack of oxygen, vision, and a higher risk of him getting his paws stuck in the tiny breathing holes. He can also crash making him very scared or get hurt. And if he was too tiny then maybe use a Syrian hamster.

Thank you very much for this nice comment! Let me tell you a secret.. We actually let Major Hamster in the maze without the ball and he found the exit in 24 seconds! But because he is so small it was hard to follow him in video. So we tried with the hamster ball.. He lost but the video is funnier :P He doesn't need the golden medal, his house is already full of treasures ;)
