Thanks for sharing. I like the way you approached the jumps without rushing. And although Tonic slowed at 1 of the jumps, he did not refuse...such a lovely horse...a real confidence booster. There were a couple of unusually shaped jumps...interesting. 👍
He’s so utterly genuine. I think the larger the fence the better he’ll shape himself.
What an honest horse. He looked at a few but no hesitation at jumping. You have an absolute treasure there.

He made that look easy and he was very relaxed. Love the ears forward and the way you have him set up in a very uncomplicated way. Great facility. I've seen other cross country places where it's all flat, no trees or hills, very boring. This is great. Pleasure to watch.

Your Tonic is so great. Jumping a horse who loves it even more than you do is sublime. That said, it was hysterical at 3:13 when he *looked* at that obstacle, sucked back hardcore, but then popped it antelope-stylee!

Monty, just curious, what is your training and conditioning regime for Tonic? He is so fit to be able to handle the demands of long gallops. What is your routine for keeping him that way?

He’s 5 years old now - turns 6 on the 28th October. They normally start their year in January but it says his birthday in his passport so I use that.
Tonic is absolutely amazing for a 5 year old! So confident and fit. Y’all have a very bright future 🇨🇱
