Riju: stay close
Also riju: does several sharp turns
Wonder if it’d make it better if Riju had a predetermined route she takes, preferring to stay a bit behind Naboris, as opposed to trying to stay near the player. Get too far out off the beaten path? Best hope you have a good many hearts, some good armor and electrical defense.

Nice to know, I always tried to stay in Riju’s range but either fall behind or speed ahead. It’s annoying how difficult it would be to stay in Riju’s range
Yup. This actually became my favorite divine beast approach once I figured out how to make Riju behave. Just treat her like she's your babysitter, don't pull dumb stunts unless you know you can get back into her bubble in plenty of time, and she's your girl.

the gerudo
THE GUY THAT MADE ALL OF THEM DESERVES A RAISE
THEY’RE ALL FIRE
The life and culture that the Nintendo writers breathed into the different peoples but especially the Gerudo in this series is something I’ll be appreciating forever. The simple addition of adding a range in skin tones and body types to the Gerudo makes sense when you consider that they have to find partners among the Hylians, which would greatly influence the genetic diversity of the women we see. Growing up a N64 Zelda kid with like…three gerudo character models not counting Nabooris, I just loved that so much. Particularly when you’re traveling somewhere in Hyrule that’s significantly far from the desert and you come upon a traveling Gerudo, often to find their love, it’s just a world building detail that I’ve always daydreamed about and to see it brought to life in this game was amazing.
Why wasn’t this on smash ultimate
I know
Saddest thing ever, I love this theme
And kohgaeen theme
Because the soundtrack team isn't good at their job.
What do you mean!?
I have an odd love for this giant, robot camel. Probably has a lot to do with the sound design. I find something appealing about that whirring and creaking, along with the slam down every time it takes a step. You know this thing ain’t new, it’s been around for a while, and the sound design tells you that.
Agreed
I’ve seen you on every Zelda music video
especially a roar it does when a segment finishes rotating. chills fr
Exactlyy finnaly someone with the same opinion!
Yes, I like it when you move something inside of it and it affectionately “roars”.

this game is an untouchable masterpiece. So much fine work, love and care went into crafting every exquisite detail.
@@CliveRosefield it is indeed

Hahahaha!
Ain't this music the best Breath of the Wild music?
I love how in the music the thumps in the background sound like Naboris walking! By far my favorite music from Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild!
After completing Vah Naboris, this song makes me wish that I kept failing so I could replay it again!
When Vah Naboris is walking and raises say both left legs, it keeps its balance until it smashes them down, whereas it should get unbalanced and start falling toward its left.
And there is no counterbalancing mechanism on the inside.
Vah Naboris represents how actual camels walk. Pretty sure it was factored in when Vah Naboris was built.
Ooooh you're right Kavin I always thought the walking looked funky but I see it now!
So how do actual camels balance?
@@alexread6767 ok so this is interesting to me so I did research; when they sprint, they do actually have both legs on one side in the air, but they’re not airborne long enough for the camel to lose its balance. However, when they walk they do the same, but the back airborne leg lands first before the front so that the camel doesn’t fall over
What about the cylinders
The sound of Riju crashing into the random pillars
Fun fact:Inside every divine beast,it has Morse code for SOS.
I was today years old when I realized that the same melody thats in urbosa's theme is sprinkled here and there throughout the theme. begins at around 1:04
It's the base leitmotif for the Gerudo Town theme, too!
Didn’t know that
"Time to seal the deal"
How do I set seal?

Also Riju: speeds off at the speed of light
honest to god best sequence in the entire game. vah naboris is the only divine beast you can really see active in the world and making things bad around it, and the whole naboris questline starts building up to this moment from the second you step into the gerudo desert. when it finally all culminates in this moment, you kick off on your sand seal and the ambient gerudo town music hits but turned up to 11, all you can think is "ok lets go." in a massive game with a dozen amazing moments, this manages to stand out above the rest as just pure awesome
Ruta and Rudania also did actively bad things in their surroundings. Ruta made it rain so I couldn't climb and Rudania made it rain burning rocks when I almost arrived in Goron Town.

mipha died to an ice ball
daruk died to a fire ball
urbosa died to a slash of thunderblights blade
and revali died by windblights cannons
Mipha was impaled, Daruk was crushed, Urbosa couldn't keep up with Thunderblight's speed and Revali couldn't land a hit due to the air being filled with lazers and got shot down.
Maybe it would be to dark, imagine if hidden away in the beasts somewhere, were the skeletons of each champion.

rjiu being to fast or slow aside, this song is a banger
If some new player sees this, shoot at Naboris’ feet with a duplex bow! You shoot 2 arrows at one in a straight line and each foot has 2 hp, so you only need 4 bomb arrows to beat the beast
Or fight Medoh first to get the eagle bow or fight the lynal near Zora's domain tov get a bow that shoot 3 arrows for 1
Those will definitely work but you’ll need to be a bit closer for at least 2 of them to hit, because all multishot bows (except a duplex) shoots their arrows in a horizontal line, but the duplex bow shoots them right after the other
