Subsequent to the alteration of MiniTool ShadowMaker's features-specifically its removal of hard drive cloning in the free version-I sought out an alternative. RescueZilla emerges as a noteworthy option, offering free open-source software that facilitates the cloning of SSDs and hard drives.
In the following example, we’ll explore how to transfer Windows 11 to a more capacious SSD using RescueZilla.
    0:00 Start
0:47 Setup, USB to Sata, NVMe Adapter
    1:27 Download RescueZilla and Rufus
    2:03 Create Bootable USB drive
    3:12 Boot RescueZilla
    3:58 Clone Disk using RescueZilla
5:30 Connect new SSD and boot Windows
    6:44 Resize partitions using Gparted
7:57 Boot Windows, check partitions, conclusion

I backup my computers using Clonezilla (drive to drive AND drive to image) and Rescuezilla, in total three backups for each computer. I find Clonezilla, although more technical and with more screens to fill in, safer to use than Rescuezilla which is now poorly maintained, while Clonezilla is constantly updated.
