The technological know-how in extrusion enables AMUT to supply complete in-line plants and to manufacture special solutions dedicated to special products.
The FFG4 machine can be distinguished for the modular and sturdy structure and for the capacity to assure high performances at low energy consumption.
Despite handling tougher material such as PP, the machine boasts a proven strength and durability even at high cycle rates.
The thermoforming machine is equipped with 4 stations - forming, punching, steel rule die cutting and stacking technology, 2-moveable platen and 4-column press to form, hole punch and cut. The platens movement is based on gear motor and joint system.

The model FFG4-820 ADV is suitable to produce article high up to 200 mm using a further cutting station dedicated to cutting the bottom of the pots and an automatic stacker through automated manipulator with 3 axis.
The end line includes an automated group picking and conveying the pre-composed stacks that the operator has to pack.
AMUT is able to offer also complete plants, manufacturing the extrusion group to deliver in-line the PP foil, and the packing systems.
AMUT’s technology assures high standards of quality, weight reduction of the finished product and an increase of the capacity per hour.
