I love how Barioth jumps over to the first flash and then immediately turns around and casually walks off, like it just saw something it shouldnât have and decided to just leave.
I was wondering how the hell you could kill a Barioth in as little as 5 minutes with how much it moves around. I guess the answer really is just spam traps and flash pods.
@@House_of_Green Breaking his arms and even his tail (if you can even get to it) makes it easier since it makes him slip every time he jumps to a different spot, even when he climbs on the wall he nearly falls off
My kids thought I was crazy to have so many shock traps and tranq bombs crafted in mhw, now in iceborne with the times the fights take,I'm set for live. Hoarders rule.
Youre so good, would love to see the fight without all the traps and flashbangs n stuff, - i know youre probably speedrunning, but as someone who wants to get better at the game would be a great help. Thanks for the vids!
I prefer artillery over sharpness but it's situational if you manage to land AED or SAED often so it worth using if not just go for sharpness, axe swing is really cool too
RocksteadyIsMyDaddy Well 90% of a meta chargeblade playstyle revolves around spamming SAEDs, and seeing as they nerfed physical axe damage on AEDs and SAEDs, priority would definitely go to the phials. Besides, losing sharpness faster doesnât equate to exactly 12% dps drop off. You still get the initial rush of white sharpness anyway. Oh, and 12% more damage on two axe hits pales in comparison to 20% more damage on 6 phial hits.
Sooo, about 100 hours using CB here, can someone tell me what the hell happened with the weapon stat indicators at 4:25, I dont recognize that symbol, is this a new iceborne addition? PC NA
I could get a consistent 2:30 on tempered nergigante in world. Now I'm happy getting 6 minutes on tempered brach. Nice seeing monsters being able to fight back

If I can I'd use flinch pods too (scatternuts, crystalburst, pierce pods, etc.)

Artillery 5 is soo worth it 50% damage with phials is beautiful
