    Is other body parts including thyroid glands stay away from radiation while doing ct brain?

    • @DrAhmedDAbdulwahab
      @DrAhmedDAbdulwahab  Před 2 lety +1

      During doing CT scan , there will be two kinds of radiation, the first one is called primary radiation which affects the part examined (in brain CT affects the brain) which has a high radiation dose, the second type is called secondary or scattered radiation which affects everything else including thyroid gland but it has much less dose

    • @DrAhmedDAbdulwahab
