really very smooth
that valve cover really pops
That looks like SC 14 with a long snout
how was this setup? i have the same supercharger kit except its missing the coolant neck. I want to install this on my bluetop 4age and just boost it way it is with a fmu to see how well and long it will last. Ill def be monitoring it with a afr. Worst case ill swap injectors and fuel reg.
its been almost 10yrs lots been change on this engine but its still chugging, what chassis will you put your hks sc?
@@4agze619 ae86, how much boost and power do you make?
@@DatBlueHusky what crank pulley will you be running? if you'll run stock 4agze crank pulley that will be just a 14psi, I got the T3 175mm under pulley and I had a friend make me a smaller 2.2mm pulley. the video shows its a blue top 4age after running it at willows springs ae86 time attack I started breaking stuff so now the block is a AE101 4agze but internals are all after market.
@@4agze619 i plan to run stock pullys and all, even stock pistons.
suckthrough? or blowtrough?
It's a blower
Did you ditch the intercooler?
yes the HKS sc setup did not have one and doesn't require it.
Looks awsome
no intercooler?
Looks real clean. I'm looking at going with an hks sc for my 4agze hopefully soon. Would like to see 200 rwhp. What standalone are you using?
Stock internals on a pretty much stock 4a out of an mr2, Have yet to look into getting an aftermarket kit. I literally bought the car a few days ago haha. Currently in the process of replacing the wrist pins and rod bearings. Just looking around to see what others are doing to these motors.
so how does it run? is it better than a regular 4agze? any dyno numbers?
is this the SC14?
How much up does the car has with the supercharger?
Does it gives a lot of power or not?
I got 100kw at the wheels with stock motor and supercharger, upgraded ecu, exhaust and air pod. If you delete the supercharger and add a turbo, then the skies the limit!
Love it, Specially just got my hands on a kit. Do you happen to have build information?
Right and I see I have an 1985 Toyota Levin I imported, i happened to acquire the mr2 kit with the intercooler. The manifold would need to be adjusted due to it leading the IC pipes to the firewall.I just love this video and would love to see more lmao. (I pieced the ecu and tuning equalizer looking thing when i was living in Japan.) All I was missing was getting the supercharger.
