So basically, Eminem had a concert in Los Angeles and some Crips were trying to extort him. The samoans (Boo-Yaa Tribe is a rap group of them) were hired for Em's protection. They wanted a feature from Em for this in turn, and that feature he did. Don't know how B-Real came into the picture, but I love his part. Maybe he was the connection to the samoans?
B-Real does not know himeslf. During the pandemic he gave an Interview in which he was asked about it. “They just called me to be on this record and Boo-Yaa, they’ve always been family to us. Ganxsta Ridd was one of my big time homies. They were always with us in the early days. And so when that project came up and I heard Em was on it, I’d always wanted to flip on a record with him, so it was easy work - it was family and Em was on it. I was like, ‘Oh, shit. Eminem actually did this song as to pay off a debt to the BOOYA TRIBE cuz there was some Crips trying yo extort Eminem & said if he didn't pay them 250k every time he touched down in LA they were gonna kidnap him or his kid. So Eminem was telling B REAL about it one day & B Real said im linked up with the Samoans in LA so let them handle it. Em got a call one day & they said you won't ever hear from them again & Em asked them "how much do you want for handling it ? " Eminem told them he was ready to pay them 500k that day but they said "DO A SONG WITH US" & Eminem agreed immediately. The Booya tribe was asked years later why didn't they take the 500k & they said "We got money, We got all the money we need but a song with the biggest & greatest rapper ever is worth way more that 500k so we took the song & 2 weeks later Em landed in CALI & went straight to our studio & he let us choose out of 10 beats & we recorded & he gave us all the rights to the song & without even asking he gave us the other 9 beats he made & gave us all the rights "
Yeah I remember this song. They had some beef with some people and that's when Eminem had a Samoan crew that had his back or something like that

Boo yaa tribe is a rap group of brothers from carson ca.the song is from a boo yaa tribe cd.

Booyaa TRIBE, an old school rap band fr LA. They were part of the gangsta rap movement back in the day with NWA, Ice Tea, King Tee, Ice Cube etc.. Lead rapper Ganxsta Rid, RIP, is the one on that 911 track. They were an actual band with instruments & doo wop melodies. Chk out there stuff, lotta good music.
The song is not originally his since it's on the boo yah tribes album. West Coast legends Boo yah tribe.
I believe “hip-hop is in a state of 911” is from business if not it’s def off of the Eminem show, not sure which one came first.
