in this challenge that is taking place in the world of pool between Predator and Matchroom, there is one thing I want to say and it seems clear to me: the images and camera shots proposed by Predator are of superior quality. Watching these videos I feel like I'm there inches from the table watching the game
@@ruskyhrahsel7723 they say it's too make pool more interesting and exciting, but I think it was also an attempt to attract more (weaker) players into competition. I think that's a turn off to most seasoned players and fans.
for sure. the colors are much livelier in Predator matches too. The table felt color and room colors in Matchroom events are quite drab and dreary. But i still feel lucky to have both companies holding all these wonderful tournaments! 😅🎉

That was not an amazing runout. He had no idea where the white ball was going to go and he called the three because he had to chose a pocket, that's how 10 ball is suppose to be played, but I am certain he did not expect to make the 3....that was luck, can't be duplicated (which is what luck is in pool). The 4 ball, he was just trying to make it and then where ever the white ball lands he takes it from there, which also is not planned, which again is not proper pool. What he did here is just make the balls....sans routing and planning, so the most crucial parts of the out was just luck.
slightly different rules no early ten ball on break and early combos. some 10 ball tournaments have different ways of deciding a winner if they tie up too.
Almost. Different rules. Can’t luck in balls. If you do then your opponent gets the option to shoot or give it back. Can’t make the 10 early so you have to run out.
with brand new cloth balls go in more easily, because it's very slippery. It's the main reason that shots like that are made. Table brand has nothing to do with that, you can try it by yourself in your local pool hall when they change the cloth.
@@Drewdownkali if you play pool in tournaments you know the difference between new and used cloth, it's like playing two different games. For me shot choices change completely. Trust me: new cloth makes swallow balls that you never thought they went in.
I wonder if you ever get lucky or is it always your opponents who get lucky, with such a condescending remark. Or are you an English scholar and sarcastically bemoaning the click bait headline?
@@renorick9703 im the luckiest of them all because luck is a talent just like Efren. You cant predict for sure on a kick like that so its mostly luck to hit it at the exact right spot right speed and the jump shot he barley hit the 6 as the white ball almost double jump so again he got lucky on the jump...rest of the rack is pretty basic stuff.Nothing beasty at all.
They are playing 10-ball, you have to call any shot that isn't obvious. The kick was intentional. The jump was also intentional, albeit not all that difficult.
@@20vtmk1 never said they were not intentionnal...but the title suggest it was a grandiose clearance and i pointed out it was pretty basic stuff.Almost missed the jump and wouldnt pot that kick shot more than 1 out of 50

Good stuff, but hearing Aloysius pronounced as a-LOY-shus hurts my ears. It's four syllables: AL-o-WISH-us.
So 10 ball is 9 ball but with an extra ball?
