Youth Justice at a Crossroads Keynote Address by Liz Ryan, OJJDP Administrator

The Annie E. Casey Foundation, in partnership with the Columbia Justice Lab, hosted a virtual event, Youth Justice at a Crossroads, for an audience of youth justice system leaders, practitioners and service providers. The event focused on sustaining the momentum of youth justice reform and offered both pragmatic short-term solutions and building blocks for longer-term actions.
