Ingredients for Parotta and Salna :
For Parotta :-
Maida - 1kg
Milk - 100ml
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1/2 tablespoon
Water - 1/2 litre
For Salna :-
Oil - 200ml
Onion - 1/2 kg
Tomato - 400 grm
Chilli powder - 1 and half tablespoon
Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon
Anise - 1/2 tablespoon
Breaking nuts - 3 tablespoon
Cashew nuts - 6
Tumeric powder - 2 tablespoon
Corinder powder - 2 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1 and half tablespoon
Curry masala - 2 tablespoon
Corinder leaves - 1/2 hand
Mint leaves.- 1/2 hand
Green chilli - 3
Ginger Garlic paste - 3 tablespoon
Coconut paste - 1/4 tablespoon
