1 bedroom apartment tour in Dubai

I did a short one-bedroom apartment tour in Element hotel apartments which is in Dubai, close to the airport terminal one building. It's in area called Garhoud, which is close to Deira city centre, not too far from Festival City mall, and is about 15-20 minutes away from Dubai mall.
It's a great location, pretty quiet and low-key but it's walking distance from the metro station which makes it so easy to get around in Dubai.
Expect to pay between 350 and 450 dirham per night to stay here.
This is between 95USD and 125 USD.
You can also set up a long stay contract here, and this will cost about 11,000 dirham a month, which is about 2995 dollars a month, it comes with cleaning twice a week, gym, swimming pool, and breakfast every morning.

This was exactly why we didn’t stay. I love it there but too expensive! I didn’t want to be house poor. We lived in Deidra at first then moved a block away from the Dubai Mall. It was great while it lasted. That was 3 years ago.
