I have recommended a friend in diaspora but she was disappointed when you did not give her time to talk to you, but you asked her to speak to some else. Okorera bagaga boka?
I commend you for a nice looking property but personally I wouldn’t consider it for strictly one reason-I know you said all units were bought. Ten units but that parking space can’t accommodate ten cars yet many families today have two cars. So for me that would be an instant deal breaker for what looks like a very beautiful well built property. Even with that manyi land is very expensive in UG lately.
