I really love this "Dead American" version of Cove. I love the screaming! Don't get me wrong, I became a big fan of Cove during his stint in Saosin, but I believed he couldn't really show his natural voice with them, 1 in part due to the songs being so high, and 2 how I think is due to the pressure of taking over from Anthony Green. Sure, there were similarities to their voices, but Green is much more highpitched. But, Cove really has his own distinct voice, and I am really glad he could showcase his real talent in Dead American.
