i think the one thing about daemons character/behavior in this ep is also coming from him believing they intentionally killed his brother to put aegon on the throne. Daemon has always had beef with Otto since the beginning and definitely does not have any love for them then fast forward to Luce dying all of this is intentional to him so he definitely wont have the rational thinking. Although daemon does have somewhat of that political game to his advantage since in this ep Harrenhal is a been mentioned on both the blacks side and the greens side and how important it is to them on their side and like daemon said he has BEEN wanting to leave and go to secure the support from them even since the S1 finale he mentioned Harrenhal but was waiting for Rhaenyra to return in this ep.

Yes that’s so true it’s easy to just think he is just out there to kill and cause destruction but you’re right in his eyes they’ve targeted him and it was all intentionally! Now after this episode I wonder how Daemon will react to the aftermath of his visit to Kinglading lol 😆
