I always loved the guitar on this album. And this was a song that, initially, was troublesome for me as far as hearing the guitar part. Once I heard it, distinct from the keyboards and bass, I homed in on it and liked it more and more. Your video here makes it easy to hear it, and enjoy Alex's work. Your talent is so evident. It's fun to both see and hear your ability to nail this.

AWESOME! Subdivisions is actually a ripping guitar song, I can feel Alex's frustration when Terry Brown kept turning the guitar down in the mix in favor of the at-the-time novel and trendy synth sound. Rush is a guitar band. Synth should just be color and background.

How do you get the "tone"??
I plug into a Boss Micro BR, I don't use and amp. I get the tone from the Micro BR and it's built in effects.
