Hi Guys. We visited Ely in June 2022. The cathedral had a resident pair of Peregrine Falcons. You could hear them screeching all round town.
Have you ever considered taking up fishing Dave? Fields End is very popular amongst angling caravanners.

The Cathedral was beautiful. We've never been charged for our dogs yet and on one occasion we took six dogs ( we were in rescue then 😂 but were now retired ) im slowly catching up with your vids. Thank you for sharing take care my lovelies 😘🥰 xxx

Chatteris not so much, find it a bit depressing.
£31 per night is about normal for full service and look at the lovely site it is.

Hi there Dave & Helen, Two lovely sites and quaint historic places to explore. New Lodge Farm offers lots and is very unique. The spa looked very relaxing. Fields End is a site we’ve looked at this year and it’s on our to go to list. It’s a good price for a FS pitch at the water edge which we like. I totally agree with you both about Ely we spent a lovely weekend there heading home from a lovely holiday over in hopton on Sea the cathedral is amazing one of my favourites how they built it is incredible the whole city is so pretty would love to go back!

We are booked here for Sept this year (we booked it as long ago as last Sept) so thank you for sharing. Rich will love it here. The soup maker is awesome isn't it! We use it to make batches of home grown tomato soup and also Crown Prince Pumpkin soup for the winter months. So easy and quick.

Hi helen and dave another lovely site i really like the look of it, hope helens doing ok bless her. I Like that soup maker, i just do it in a large pan as you said you use to do it then you have to blend it, but this looks easier will have to price one up. Enjoy the rest of your break. Take care xx

@@HelenandDave it was a lovely cruise. We were away 8 weeks as just taking our time. Went across the Wash from Boston to Kings Lynn. The weather was great but the journey back across the Wash wasnt! Think wind over tide is the expression

Nice vlog but I wouldn't go back there fishing to over stock with fish foul hooking the fish all the time gave up as it was crauel to the fish.

What do you get for £2.50 pn for your dog !
This is a sore point with us. We understand that they provide and empty the doggy bins and to be fair there is a doggy agility course and designated off the lead field but we always scratch our head at the fee. £1 a night would be more palatable. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Helen & Dave
Watching your vlogs have now got a bit on the expensive side for me, apparently I have now got to get a soup maker ordered and there was me thinking I already had one😂😂. Just please do not include cordless vacuum cleaners any time soon, otherwise I will need to get a new dustpan and brush.🤡🤡🤡
