- In this film, there is a lego robbery in space. No spoilers here, go watch the film!
I've been working really hard on this since about March. I'm submitting this to a deadline, so I've broken the Sunday upload schedule. This was initially for @cheeseslopeproductions 's Space contest, hence the cheese slope on the robot's hand at the start, but Ramadan arrived and I was too hungry & happy to film much. I've finished it now and SO happy with the result.
Filmed on iPhone SE using Stop Motion Studio Pro. Phone held in UBeeSize tripod for some shots and Stikbot tripod for others. Sound effects downloaded from CZcams and Freesound. All songs from the video game "Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling", titled "Lost Sands", "It's Getting Scary!", and "Getting Stronger!".

Shoutouts to Vader Brick Studios and Skywalker Films! They provided name suggestions for the planet the film takes place on. Go subscribe to them both!
Speaking of the planet: There's a reason that the picture of Selared in the opening looks identical to one of the moons in the background. The alien civilization, whose ruins these astronauts explore, actually built a giant moon that was 100% mirror and put it in orbit around their planet. With a telescope, because of light travel time, people were able to look back in time through it.
Wow nice filming and good editing .. keep up the good work thnx for sharing ..
Thank you very much!

Impressive work! I especially liked the mix of old and new pieces together in this animation. The arm movements were especially fluid! 😊
This is so coool! I love the storytelling
Cool beans
Lovely video ! Thanks for tagging me, I really enjoyed watching it 😁
Yay! Thank you!
Good job! Too bad you din't get it out in time
Nah it's fine. It's not going to be often that I join a contest anymore. Usually they just cause anxiety about how much time I'm taking and steal all the fun of brickfilming. I'll be happy making cool films, that'll be enough for me.
