A stop motion video of a clay fella finding and using a sword.
He's technically sticky tack, and the sword is really a circle-drawing tool, but I'll eat a microwave before I pass up a title like that.

At least it didn't sting him. I think this is pretty good! I'm proud of the smear frames on the bee, even if they're not perfect. I took the bee apart for a couple of custom figs. We were doing a course on stop motion. After I made that transformer stop-motion, I had another free period and decided to film this. Lucky that I brought these otherwise I'd have spent that time just watching YT.

Nah it's fine. It's not going to be often that I join a contest anymore. Usually they just cause anxiety about how much time I'm taking and steal all the fun of brickfilming. I'll be happy making cool films, that'll be enough for me.

Shoutouts to Vader Brick Studios and Skywalker Films! They provided name suggestions for the planet the film takes place on. Go subscribe to them both! Speaking of the planet: There's a reason that the picture of Selared in the opening looks identical to one of the moons in the background. The alien civilization, whose ruins these astronauts explore, actually built a giant moon that was 100% mirror and put it in orbit around their planet. With a telescope, because of light travel time, people were able to look back in time through it.

Yeah that happens. I don't turn on notifs for channels I watch, but when I'm notified about a comment or reply, it's usually not marked, or late. YT notifs are stupidly buggy for such a major platform.
