This is so heartwarming. I couldn't stop smiling watching the family portion of this video. This is how I grew up. We would fish every weekend when I was a kid, my dad and I would clean the fish and the boat and my mom would cook. Memories like this will never be lost.

It's amazing to the extent though. My father was an alcoholic and terrible with me, ironically I saved his life a decade ago and he got sober and is amazing with my 4 kids. They yell in joy when he comes over. I still can't believe the difference but I'm happy about it.
As a new stepfather In the early '70s, I discovered quickly that every child responds differently.....I just applied that experience to my grandchildren and it merely seems that I am softer now.....I am definitely NOT!....when they try me, they discover the real me!

I'm the oldest of 2 brother by my momma and we lost her when I was 29. We absolutely loved her cooking whether it be store bought meat or what we brought home. I'd give anything to have that back

I love it when you hang out with your parents and you let mom cook. I live in Texas and we had a rough four days without electricity and it is still so cold. Many people are without water, electricity and can't find food or gas. I just got my electricity back on after four days and this video is soothing. I have been severely depressed lately, but watching this video made me realize that I still have 2 wonderful big sisters and a big bro that I now need to focus on. Family is everything. I couldn't afford one motor on that boat LOL. However, it is beautiful boat and that was a great day. Great time with great people is priceless. I have two daughter's also Rob. They are precious. I am 43 and have a 11 year old and 8 year old. They love fishing so I have it made. Like my girls say, "girls rule and boys drool." Awesome family and blessed family.

Agree....started out with a "tri-hull" ....loved the way it rode....traded up to a "tru" cat......great fishing boat with lots of open deck....I fish the upper gulf from PC to the Aucilla River outlet.....best of both worlds, shallow waters to the east and deep to the west close to shore.....fine fishing (and diving when water is clear)
