Someone told me here in Scotland so I assume everywhere else, that when you brush your dog or cat you can collect the hair and clothes peg it to your clothes line and birds will take it for their nests! Me and my mum both do it! Just thought of this when Wah emptied the de-bobbler! 😂👌🏼 X

I love love the series iii collection so much, so much that i ordered 5 of the 6 items. I'm so excited to continue to change my shopping habits; because of womn (and proof!) i have thought more and more about how i shop. I still have lots and plenty of fast fashion pieces from how i used to shop, but i have really minimized my clothing purchases from certain places (still not perfect, i dont think i ever will be, but i think any changes are good ones!)
i know a lot of people find slow fashion and sustainable fashion to be out of their price range, but i have started looking at it differently. i have found that with more expensive, higher quality pieces i am thinking more long term about how i will use my clothes - i know i will wear and use it for years and i won't be afraid of it wearing down! versus buying really really cheap camis or tank tops or shirts that loose their shape and quality after a few washes. i found that when i shop at places like forever21, shein, or h&m because those pieces are so cheap i buy SO many of them and then they end up in my donate pile within a year.
i am talking to much! lol, i just wanted to really share how you, sophia, and robin (and the rest of your team) has truly made me slowly switch over to slower, more sustainable fashion, even though it's not 100% yet, i know making these changes are good and it also allows me to love my clothes in ways i never ever did when i was in high school or even in college.
You already know we are eating watching your vlogs. We don't mind if y'all just munching hard! 😂 Now I wanna try the nuggets!

&&& You should try to make your own tofu friend chicken! You just have to press your tofu, freeze it, thaw it and press again, freeze one more time, thaw it and press it again (it’s a process lol) and then put it in a chicken flavored vegan broth to soak up and then batter it with whatever batter you want and fry :P

Weylie, I suggest propping yourself up towards the bar using a chair then isometrically contracting at the top for 3-5 secs then slowly lower yourself down (3-5 sec as well) instead of jumping up and just holding it there. By doing this, you minimize any unnecessary energy leaks from jumping up and direct them to more purposeful training through the contracted position and eccentric ROM.

for the natural dyes used by womn., do they come off at all? I’ve noticed that sometimes clothes will have tags saying that the dye will rub off on certain fabrics and things, and that the colour will fade over time/washes. :)

Weylie! Try buying longer resistance bands to help yourself get stronger with pull ups! You tie them onto the pull up mechanism and have them stretch below your feet and use it as an assist. It’s helped me 💜💜

You are CRAZY and BRAVE eating out a lot, I'm scared of eating food prepared by someone else due to the virus going around right now. After hearing stories about sick people coughing on peoples food because they were forced to work, and also working fast food I have seen some things that make me be SUPER cautious of were I eat out or bring food from. Some of the food you get looks sooooooo good that it makes me start craving it hard and I don't even know what you eating!
You have to try the morning star buffalo chicken wings/nuggets it's crazy good
