Interesting. We only ever got the 15-seater in the US. I wonder why the 18-seater has never been offered here. Regulations regarding commercial drivers licenses, probably.
You can get in US, but its typically somethin you order, on very few lots. My friend got their that way in 2018

Ford should maket in longer. There's no space for the things if 18 family member plan to drive accross the country.
Just get a bus if 18 people are going to be travelling together. Either way, you'll need a CDL to transport over 15 passengers

Nice van but the seats r not for bigger adults and sits to low I wish Ford code have more options for better seats like the old Econoline van the bench seats

where is the luggage storage space?
Get a trailer for luggage if you want to fill all the seats with peeps. Alternatively, remove some seats and use some of that floorspace for gear.
I do think they should have included overhead storage bins for small carry-on type bags along the upper interior sides and back. Those wouldn't interfere with the driver's line of sight, and they shouldn't encroach much on passengers' headspace when mounting/dismounting.
But if you ever loaded it full of 18 peeps, you wouldn't have any room to access anything from those overhead bins, so there would be negligible value there.
The 15 seaters and 18 seaters have the same length.
But the 15 seaters has a cargo area, the 18 doesn't as it's taken by the added seats.
18 seats with cargo would make the van too long I guess.

The 15 seaters and the 18 seaters have the same length, but the 15 seaters has a cargo area which the 18 doesn't.

I have 15 passenger sprinter w/ cargo area. Was an airport shuttle cab/ van. Luggage in the back. My friend had to order 18passenger in 2018. We all have to order now.
@@tazgustafson539 No bother at all. Mercedes seems to offer more length options than other van manufacturers.
While minibuses are offered straight from Mercedes, it seems that 3rd party bus-manufacturers with modified Sprinster are quite common.
