World Cup T20 World Cup team selection does not only depends on Captain. Selectors, Coach also have role in selecting teams, and they have major role in selecting captain just suggests names
The team is to be played under the captain to.... Selectors cannot pick a player which may give rise to conflict in the team. Captain should also suggest deserved names as well.
