Naruto - The most realistic Rasengan [After Effects]

My sister destroying my room etc.
After Effects & 3ds max
I know it's not perfect. I'm just getting used to AE/3DS max compositing techniques.
everything you see here is custom made (video + audio) with the exception of the "poof" sound.
A few flaws:
Rasengan not 100% accurate to the anime
Rasengan leaves the hand and flies into the wall (supposed to stick to hand)
Recorded using a stale potato
Sound not accurate

You can't throw a rasengan, unless its a rasen-shuriken (only can be thrown in sage mode)

Pretty weak resengan, it couldn't break a decent hole in the wall but still pretty cool effect!

(actually I wanted to make a hole in the wall, but that's a whole level of difficulty beyond me at the time, I could do it now though, easy :)

Day ina trap you have to make a mask on the rasengan layer around the hand
