- This is the iPhone 15, and personally I think it may be TOO GOOD vs. the iPhone 15 Pro, and Pro Max. I think the iPhone 15 is a better value, and offers a lot more at a lower starting price of $799.99 USD. The iPhone 15 in Blue is a very nice looking device, it's small, easy to hold, and has some amazing new features for the base model iPhone 15.

I upgraded from an iPhone 11 to this exact phone and man this is an awesome phone one of my favorite iPhones ever .. comfortable light and a beautiful screen and a all day battery
After using android for the past years i upgraded now for this exact same phone and so far so good. I'm still trying to figure things out as a first time ios user hehe. Loving it so far.
1:10 pretty sure the base models came with 128gb since the iphone 13

It's the same as the 15 but with ~1h battery life

There are 3 things I hate about this phone :
1- The colors, literally everycolor is washed out and looks like white except black (last year's colors were much much better)
2- The slowcharging speed, 20W is a joke for even budget phones in todays market, 40W is the minimum for the small phones and 60W for the Plus and the Pro Max.
3- The refresh rate is a deal breaker for me, 60hz panel on a 800$ device in 2023 is a joke. they shouldve moved to 90hz couple of years ago for the base models and upgraded to 120 by now, but no they greedy af
Solve these 3 major issues and you'll find me next year clicking on the refresh boutton to pre order!
Besides better camera, how is the a value phone? For $829, not the false advertised $799, you get 60hz, last years chip, usbc 2.0, no aod, etc. maybe value compared to pro? Usbc 3.0 was on Samsung in 2013.
Last year’s PRO chip, which I think is worth emphasizing. Compared to the 14, which shared the same SoC as the 13.
USB 3.0 and pro motion would be nice to have, and honestly should have been there without a doubt whether people would take advantage of it or not.
AOD is useless.
But for $800, the performance you’re getting + the Pro features from last year trickling down make it a really good value for people who’re looking into the Apple ecosystem.
Sure, the value may not be there for a Samsung user. But if you’re choosing between the 15, and the 15 Pro this makes the choice a lot harder vs. Last year.
The best iphone for your money is an Android 😂
I would personally agree as I prefer android, but most people don’t 🤷♂️
