@@stevencoyote746what makes you think the performance is less? Since the debut of the coyote, when has the previous generation engine been a better performer than the successor?
@jordanperformance Every Mustang has been tunable up until this one I'm guessing 6 months to 1 year before they release it. The GT 350 Mustang is faster bone stock without anything done to it the 2012-2013 boss is faster also. Those cars are way way cheaper than a Dark Horse. The weight is a big issue for the 2024 Mustangs even though you have more HP the 350 is putting 2 cars on the Dark Horse. There have been some people saying that the body panels don't line up also whats the big deal with 2 throttle bodys when the intake flows fine with 1 if I had to guess something to do with emissions but without Ford releasing turning one 1 knows. Just too many ifs on the 2024 .
@@jordanperformance my issue is the weight, I’m all about straight line speed, but I want to make sure I live when the turn comes. The weight just adds more maintenance with tires and brakes and stress on the engine. This dark horse needs at least 400-500lbs weight reduction

My Gen 3 with Roush Blower and full tank of gas, Performance Pac, with all the options was 3885lbs. This dark horse with blower will be 4100 probably.

What was the ballast thing about?
The video was shot over 2 days. Since I drive it 20 miles to work each day, I wanted to account for the missing fuel from day 1 to day 2 of shooting
Kind of crazy that my Tesla Model 3 Performance weighs 3,910 lbs with some weight reductions.
There’s a lot of low hanging fruit to easily get 150-200lbs out of this thing 😎 working on that video next

4131 is a lot better than beefcake racings all up weight, lol! I want to order a bare bones dark horse, but i guess i'll have to wait till 2025 now.
I wanted a base model but couldn't find one so premium it is! Thankfully there's a good bit of weight that can come off with relative ease
