ドーザーの助手って必要かなぁ？人材確保で結構負担だと思うのですが。
搬出してるこの雪、おらほ（新潟）のスキー場にほしい！

助手は夏場は作業員として働いている方が務めている場合が多いですし(雪が多いと土木工事は休止するため雇用の維持するための意味もあります。)、オペが操作に集中する為周囲の安全確認をする役割で必ず付けなさいと指定されている場合もあります。
