I joined HCL as fresher in 2022 as senior software Engineer . Engagement Performance bounce is now based on quarterly rating because of that I am getting less. For eg: if you get 6 rating then you get only 40% of it and if 7 then 70% of EPB.
I got 7 and my final payout is 30%
HCL started deducting Salary and they are telling its PSB, All compny give night shift allowance but there is no shift allowance
and During the offer discussion , HR was constantly pointing out this component only as a fixed component when I asked more fixed. Thank god I was not convinced at that time 😅

As A Fresher I Joined HCL In December 2022 My Performance Is 93% ...So They Can't Cut Anythings From.My Salary..But My Coworkers Who Have Below 90% Performance They Are Cutting Ammount Based On Performance Percentage .
