@HowtoRetro so my retroarch running on a 32-bit phone so it wont show dolphin core
So I can get a game to run but after a couple seconds the game freezes and I don’t know how to fix it
Its work with tv box emuelec 4.8? I dont see the emulator😢
Why does my RetroArch tell me that Dolphin is extracting whenever I try to download it?
Thanks I’ll try my best sometimes it didn’t load game sometimes
Then I wish I’ll play 3ds games RetroArch. Next upload retoarch 3DS core.
That will be coming soon!
I can't find dolphin in the list of cores on my Android 11 phone. Do you have a core file?
Me too I have the same problem
You can't run Dolphin on an Android phone. There is no Android RetroArch core.
Has anyone solved the Sys folder issue?
What is a disc image file? Also I’m trying to play smash bros melee but it keeps saying an error has occurred and it’s telling me to turn the GameCube off it don’t know what to do if anyone could help me that’d be great.
Disc Images files for GameCube games are called ".ciso" ROM files.
If you come across GameCube ROM files that contain the ".nkit.iso" extension, do not use them as they're old, unstable and no longer used in GameCube Emulation.
Confused? Here's something to help you below.
Example:
Game Name + correct filetype
- *Spyro_A_Hero's_Tail.ciso*
Game Name + incorrect file type
- *Spyro_A_Hero's_Tail.nkit.iso*
One website I can recommend to EVERYONE for Game ROM files that range from the old Saturn and Atari up to Playstation 2 and more (which of course include GameCube as well) is *"Vimm's Lair"*
my retroarch crashes when i try to play/load the game. i wanted to change core options but there are none available. does anyone know why that is?
Same issue for me
Great videos man! When I try to load the game it says "No Core Available" even though I have dolphin core. Any idea why this could be happening?
Cheers very much! Sure, I'll try to help!
What system are you using RetroArch on? If its a PC, are you using the standalone version of RetroArch or the Steam version?
@@HowtoRetro I’m using the standalone version
@@HowtoRetro I watched your video about how to play n64 games with retro arch and that worked perfectly for me!However having trouble with this one
Can you download this to Apple TV 4K new version I can play other games snes nes Nintendo 64 PlayStation but for the life of me can’t get Wii games and GameCube games to work any help would be appreciated
its been a month any luck?
Is it normal that the core is slower than standalone version of dolphin?
It's not unusual for the retroarch versions to not perform as well as their standalone counterparts, as the standalones are often more optimised and are updated more frequently.
Is there no menu for Gamecube games? You have to load them via 'Load Content'?
I'd recommend looking into setting up playlists in Retroarch, it's way easier than going through Load Content
Everything is fine, now in settings I can use the gamecube control, but when playing it it doesn't recognize me :(
IT wont even let me remap my controller to use properly.
Nothing happened on my phone
it crashes on launch
I dont have an option to download cores from the "load core" screen.
Me neither but how can we fix this)
Mine aint showing
Im using the steam retroArch and can´t find the doplhin emulator :c
You have to add that one in manually for reasons I don’t know.
You will find that the Steam version of RetroArch has a number of emulator cores retracted, which as @lucuador1992 says, you have to install manually.
@@HowtoRetro Where can I find the ones I need to install manually?
So if you go to I think the website, you can install every core, then you go to the cores folder found in the steam one, then you move the cores you want from the other one to the steam one, this manually imports them.
in retroarch gamecube games don´t creating a save file. I am in a never ending loading loop. any ideas?
I'm using Android retroarch.
Tried this and it crashes on launch
ME TOO
No matter witch settings. Sound is always cracking. Im playing on xbox series s. No power is not the problem. Even is lowest Resolution and all of. Sound is terrible and runs slow. Overclock seems changing nothing.
mine was like this on PC, i found the reason was that i had capped FPS previously on rivatuner to make TotK more stable on Yuzu and forgot this cap. disabling the FPS cap solved my issue on bad sound for Gamecube.
It's not in my cores list. What next? Useless video
Same issue for me. Can't find any guides on it
