This is the second winter with my sim and the first summer I went from a 5 to 0.9 hdcp. Shot my lowest score of 65. The main difference for me is speed. I was able to go from 105 club to 115 club after months of speed training. Avg carry went from 250-280. I have always been a solid wedge player and this is what I work on most. I probably hit 100-400 wedges a week plus speed training. I rarely hit my 4-8 irons. I practice 160 and less and thats my 9-LW. Of course my irons are the weak part of my game and should practice them more. That will be a focus for the next few months too.
Hi mate. Thanks for these videos. You referenced the guide to set up a home sim. Would you mind sharing this please as am considering trying to build something at home based on your videos! Keep up the good work 👍🏼
Hi pal! I have a similar setup to yourself, I have a little more room but can’t hit my driver as I just don’t have the space. The only problem is that is the one club I really need to dial in on. Dispersion is so erratic and I end up in far too much trouble off the tee. I do have a practice net but only for outside and uk weather means I just don’t use it. Space is key and just know how to get round the problem ? 🤷♂️
I don’t get around the problem 😔 if I want to work on driver I have to take my launch monitor to the driving range. The only solutions are to raise the height of your ceiling or dig down until you have enough height and even then you need to have enough width as well 🙄⛳️
I can swing a driver in my garage but if I don't release properly it could hit a beam . I'm just planning to work on hybrid -wedges and hopefully driver will come better. Thanks for the video
