A dramatic track. 🎭Story well told. [Your story of struggle.] Music, vocal and production are ACE and your acting videos always hit the spot. Have to say I'm very taken with instrumental Track 2 of this song on Band Camp ["James Bell X - Not Dead Yet - 02 Not Dead Clear Instrumental (Louder, Clearer Guitars"] Surprising variety and innovation that I hadn't realised. Isolating the 🎸🥁🎹I guess, concentrates the mind. Recommend a listen to that mix. 👍Jen x

Thank you! It’s all done alone but one day i hope to get a professional engineer but I think Id have to have an enormous change of luck as Im currently not getting any success with these tracks.

I've really liked this one since I first heard it, it's good to hear this sonically polished version. I thought the original was bang on the mark but hearing it from this perspective is another dimension that feels a slick kind of professional. Your range of production skills are really evident, don't ever doubt it.
I feel there's a kind of dark and dangerous energy to this song that is magnetising but it still feels full of heart. The angst in this is really compelling. The simplicity of the pre-chorus and chorus is wonderful and the ambiguity of her sentiments... The feelings of... is it sarcastic or is it real? The feelings of contradiction too 💜. I love the conversational tone that comes into your lyrics at times. Oh and the weeping guitar parts, I go some place else in moments during those 🖤. I don't know if anyone else concurs but I would love to be able to read the full lyrics. Unique feeling to this song that I love. 🥂
