I grew up listening to Ulf on tapes and video and seeing him in church. Then I became Catholic. What a joy to later learn of their entry into the Church. Great video!

We must be careful with those heresies that want to discard the church and make follow these so-called superheroes. You have to study about the first church and then see why there are 66,000 protestants sects. The Bible is clear in Matthew 16, 16-19. Jesus founded his church and it is indestructible... it's logical that it is the Catholic, the others go with the heretic Martin Luther. A traitor to the church who betrayed JESUS like Jude and ended up hanging himself just like Jude, who betrays the church, betrays Christ because the church is so important that it is the body of Christ. Ephesians 5, 23. 1 Corinthians 12, 12-28. Whoever leaves the church is not a Christian, he is an antichrist. 1 John 2, 18-19. John 17, 21 clearly says that JESUS wants unity and not sect divisions. Protestant sects are neither evangelical nor Christian. Only the Catholic Church is truly Christian and evangelical. The others claim to be evangelical, but they are not. Example: The Gospel of John 6, 48-71 says that JESUS truly dwells in consecrated bread and wine, but Protestants deny the real presence and only say that it is a symbol. The Gospel of John never says it is a symbol. As John 20, 21-23 and James 5, 16 JESUS gives his church the power to forgive sins, Protestants say no, that they do not confess and that men cannot forgive sins and therefore contradict Christ and the word of God. John 2, 1 says that Mary intercedes even when JESUS has no plans to perform a miracle, Protestants contradict the gospel and say no. John 17, 20-26: Be one as the father and I are one, be united, but the Protestants separated from the church and among them are divided into more than 66,000 sects. John 19, 26-27 It says that JESUS gave his mother Mary as a mother to his disciple John and equal to the church, she is a spiritual mother. Protestants say no. Matthew 16, 18-19 JESUS gave Peter authority over the other apostles and left him as the main leader of the church, as pope, father or leader. Like Isaiah 22, 20-22, it says that when a king gives the keys to his servant who becomes the father of the community, JESUS is the king of kings and his community is the church, that is why the Catholic church has a pope. In Matthew 25, 31-46 JESUS criticizes very strongly those who do not do works for others, and Protestants criticize the Catholic Church because it teaches that good works should be done. Protestants teach that we are saved only by grace, when in truth we were saved in the past, JESUS gave himself on the cross by grace and saved us, but to do good works. Ephesians 2, 8-10. The key is in verse 10 that they do not read and in another book that Luther tried to eliminate because this agrees with the Catholic Church doctrine and contradicts that evil heresy. That book is James because in chapter 2, 14-26 it says that faith without works is dead faith and ask. Can that faith save you without works? Even stronger is what Jesus will say about works on the day of judgment. Matthew 25, 31-46.
Baptism, Galatians 3, 27 says that through baptism we give ourselves to Christ and JESUS said let the children come to me and do not prevent it. 1 Peter 3, 21 also says that through baptism we are saved ... because as Galatians 3, 27 says through it we give ourselves to CHRIST !! He also says that it does not consist of bathing to clean the body in a river or beach, that was the baptism of John the Baptist and it is over. So the protestants prevent children from reaching Christ and deny them salvation.
This is only a summary of the gospels, if we had to be other topics in the apostolic letters, we will also see other contradictions of the Protestants with the gospel of JESUS CHRIST! The cross, moving to another faith, prayer to the dead, purgatory, repeated prayers, the images, say that Mary had more children, they say that the bible is the truth and the bible itself says that the CHURCH is the pillar and foundation of the Truth 1 Timothy 3, 15. They say that it does not matter to be in any church, etc. Quite the opposite of what the word of God teaches!

Mrs Ekman was drawn into learning about the Immaculate Conception. Her husband was born on Dec. 8, 1950, on the feast of the Immaculate Conception.
They are the cutest couple - still so much in love. It's wonderful to see them come to the truth of the Holy Catholic Faith. I also came "to Jesus through Mary."

Did Jesus say that HOLY SPIRIT WILL PERSUADE US TO GOD THE SON. and that GOD THE FATHER WILL BE PLEASED. THE HOLY TRINITY OPERATED IN MY CONVERSION. How does Mary play in a role personal conversion?
People must came to Jesus through gospel only.. Not through any other person in this world. If we know through a any human being or any other sources that is from this world it means we are not knowing the same Jesus which Apostles preached and scripture reveals.
Wow! I remember as the time in college I was invited to the meeting of small congregation called the Word of Life (Elu Sõna). Being from a secular country and lutheran at that time(baptised at the age of 16) , I was bit alerted by the meeting in a small house, speaking tongues and all - plus rumour that it was a cult.When they heard I was lutheran they told me right away that so was the founder of this movement in Sweden. I still attended some great meetings about marriage and such topics that Catholics would agree on. My friend who invited me , slipped away from the movement, saying they had too much control over her life or something like that. They were not that interested in me... they were friendly and all, but said that being saved is like a lutheran confirmation. May be I was bit too ready to bring arguments etc.There were friendly people still, and they have founded schools which even totally agnostic people say that are good environment for special needs children (which is weird - everything that is involved with Christianity is automatically rejected among most in our country) Anyway.....years passed by. I became a Catholic and was recieved to the Church. And then I was totally shook when I heard that Ekman (the same founder of this movement) converted Catholic :) I laughed and cheered at the same time...

Note that these people started and ran a bible school for years.. So they would have done their ground work before they made their decision... You would probably find that in their book where they have examined all the protestant objections.. This is not any apologetics class, it's a testimony.. So it has to be about their experience..

Ulf and Birgitta have there full right to want to go back to there Christian roots. I say, if they can change - it should encourage other Christians not to hesitate to change, but be open for it.

Sometimes, people who go craving an emotional upheaval in their lives for a considerable amount of time, create one for themselves. A change of faith could be sort of a new start they needed. Those signs, indicators, "seeds" are all very subjective things.
It is a deepening of faith in Jesus through sacramental life.

Only Jeus did that to humanity, and He could not have had fullfiled this God's plan had he not had our Holy Mother Virgin Mary who saved His life since He was born from one country to the others Israel, Egypt and he last appearance in Ethiopia where she passed away doing the works of God and healing people, preaching teaching the bible ! How in the world can a man be convinced of the Catholic doctrine in a city like Jerusalem? Why not ask a Jew while being there and you would never end up thinking about praying to Mary.
It's such a shame to see this kind of revivalist leave what God has planned for him in the beginning. I will never understand why he left the original source where he found God and power to literally move nations to God... like a star, he was shining for a night and fell down, and that's just sad.
Really sad to see and hear this .. they were upset with the moral failings of pastors and ministers and really could not find the answer. They say the catholic church gave them the answers they were looking for and it has anwered all thier questions. He was a super strong leader and very dominant. He used the term the Holy Spirit told me, led me, showed me ... how can you refute that if he was wrong? Afterall God spoke ... you cant hear God? The bibleschool really helped me in my growth as a believer. They were really impacting the world ... until the Catholic question came up. I have watched a few interviews and the story of how they came to the catholic faith if there is such a thing semms very orchestrated with his wife. Praying to the dead to purify them, purgatory, Mary and other saints. As another commenter mentions " The creator of the Holy Roman Catholic Church was emperor Constantine. They mixed the christian faith with heathen practices" I think its a big deception and it has a caught in its grips a big man God used to bring revival and the gospel to Russia and other nations. I went to the bibleschool and I attended the pioneer year of the mission school. I travelled to Israel with the Church.... I hope his eyes open to the deception they are in ... Come on ... saint named Brigetta who had a husband named Ulf ... God have mercy on them.
Let the Holy Ghost guide you, let yourself go from interpretations and let the Word of the Allmighty bring you to the True Logos, start by saying the Lord's prayer
with a clean heart. Walk with Jesus and
listen to what He says about His Mother.

How can Mary be unstained from the Original Sin if there was no sacrifice to cleanse her from sin yet? Nothing in the Bible necessitates the mother of Christ to be sinless in order for Christ to be sinless. It is THE SEED that is given to the woman that must be non-Adamic and sinless because Adam's seed has become corrupted. In fact, the word sperm comes from the Greek word τὸ σπέρμα, and the Bible uses this word to refer to offspring/descendent.
And how ironic is it that Catholics always say "Blessed Mary" and yet Jesus says rather it is those who hear and obey the Word of God who are blessed rather than the womb that bore Him:

Through these statements, Christ essentially downplays any natural or even spiritual significance of his biological mother. We respect her for her obedience and faith in God, but she is NOT immaculate nor should be revered in the status that Catholics give her. She simply was a vessel of obedience who carried the sinless seed of God. Otherwise, Jesus would not have made those statements in relation to his biological mother in those verses.
Again, placing Mary in a glorified immaculate status is

Was just going to comment this. I am listening to old sermons of Ulf, feeling so blessed and encouraged. I can't believe their entire reasoning for converting is based on small signs, coincidences and books when they lived a life of real miracles. I am praying for him to wake up again. He seems so sad compared to how he used to be. Quiet and solemn instead of joyful and visionary. Old Ulf feels kind of like a mentor to me now. I love him so much and if I ever see him I will hug him if he lets me.

Whereas for me, a born catholic, is just the other way around. I am wondered about the amount of grace those man made churches can deliver. I am really amazed to see these sons of a invented church, if I may say so, to have that courage to follow the truth despite all the obstacles. This marriage is a witness of the genuine spirit of those churches and the goodness of these institutions. My blessings to all those communities following the Lord the best they know. Enaam Haddad Sorry the Church existed even before the bible was written, Bible is only a instruction book, a manual so to say of course word of God inspired by the Holy Spirit, but it is not the authority, the first 100-300 years church did not have Bible, the church was the authority so is it even to this day, The Catholic Church is the authority not the Bible, You need the Word of God and the Authority handed over by Jesus to peter to go hand in hand, cannot take one and ignore the other.
