Ruth Alarcon-The Road to GED Triumph

Persistence has been the key for HCDE Adult Education graduate Ruth Alarcon. Ruth is one of the hundred graduates receiving their GED certificates during the Adult Graduation 2024 ceremony. Like her fellow classmates they have worked hard and beat the odds to achieve a lifetime goal.
