    I also did the same just got my first house and I have a lot of challenges but the harder it gets the more I want to learn and get better at this life style. Hard but pays off. Thanks for all your knowledge share in your podcast guys

    Colorado Springs, Black Forest area and west of Colorado spring’s in the mountains , Castle rock , Monument. There are way nicer safer area’s then the Denver metro area!
    Denver homeless pop is out of control! It’s the #1 in auto theft in the nation !

    Dang! Does she really have to call her tenant out like that on the radio? Part of this business is customer service and you never want to embarrass someone like that.

    He's going to regret buying that house.Putting the vapor barrier on the inside wall, just trapped the water inside the center blocks and sooner.Or later they will deteriorate and help will be rebuilding the walls.

      Yes, he is a house hacker so he’s probably put almost no money down on these houses….2000 is rlly good

    That basement is never going to be free of water. Just sinking more money into a lost cause. Not knowing where the water shutoff is before digging ... Hosts need to call people out a little more when they're making obvious, obvious mistakes and still don't realize it.
