Main rope hoisting machine side top balustrade could be damaged because a long time rubing to top balustrade. Main rope entry side small spring (Rope Protection) The spring is required big size (Example - Bottom side spring means rope exit way side spring)
I bought Schindler's elevator but unfortunately, it is not functional since installed (5 months) because the Schindler elevator does not work with a voltage stabilizer. In India, it is hard to get an area where all three-phase have proper voltage (May be in very few places). But when you ask Schindler for the solution they don't have a good option. They suggest to get the line voltage corrected, which is not in our control.. In my opinion, Schindler should come forward to help customers for resolving the issue and gain customer satisfaction.
