In this video I visit the Rufforth Car Boot Sale in York which is open all year round !
I haven't been here in the colder months in years so I thought I would vlog my experience to see if car boots can be worth going to in the colder months and share it with you guys.

New viewer here! I used to go here with my dad when I was a kid so I was looking to see if there was any current footage to see if it had changed at all...and nope! Brought back some lovely memories so thank you for filming this.

I tend to give furbys a dusting inside with a dry cloth or a Q-Tip, try to pick out any white dust / battery acid, I use tweezers and give the springs a little Twist or push down. Hope you get him going 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Hi welcome back to yorkshire that car boot is one I go to i also go to weatherby you need to be there at 5.30 and then go to weatherby race course after also otley too which starts at 10 if you pay £5 or 12 for a £1
You need PPE at a Rufforth even when there’s not a pandemic on.

usually winter car boots are less interesting and much smaller, but it's always worth going as we never know what we will find lol ☺️

haha 😂😂 what do you think of Merton car boot? I was planning on visiting there but the reviews are not so great online. Ive not been there in years ! Also with the new lock down restrictions I probably wont be able to go 😭

@@gInabr0wncarboots i go to is york race course sat morning then in the afternoon theres one on a19 think its called woodfield.
Then sunday i go to wiggington then wetherby and if time rufforth all in morning then afternoon theres on at minskip or sometimes ripon racecourse most are finished now but thats on a normal season lol

Scarborough 💖 I have done bit of research and seen some cool places to visit in the North. Was so excited but then.. lock down happened waaah 😭. What ones do you go to?
@@gInabr0wn Scarborough! Amazing. You'll know the car boots and skirlington market but the big warehouse in hull called worth the wieght opens its doors once a month for £10 ( which you get in clothes plus can buy as much as you like) we had tickets but....... lockdown.
If you have £250 spare you can probably get a private appointment!
@@gInabr0wn I live in Whitby and our car boot closed down not that long ago so it's always a bit of a pain for me to get to a car boot now! Always have to convince a friend to drive but it's not easy when I tell them the times they'd have to be up 😆
