Thank you for your demonstration I'm concerned about the recharging 170 ah battery. I bought giantz . I am buying solar panel . I don't know how people set up the controller with battery and how I don't know what size of panel I should buy. If you could do video with that. That would be great
It’s depending on what are you need it for at you camp site? I got 115ah battery with 250 w solar panel with battery box to supply and control power and it large enough to run light, fan and 60 Litres camping fridge for good 8-10 hrs overnight.
battery box has the usb and cigarette sockets on the wrong side and its very annoying they should be on the same side as the other components ,take note of your placement situation before you purchase this battery box other wise its not bad quality.
God i hope you figure it all out .. Because this is a real train wreck here in this video .. Buy a battery box and lwave the battery outside of it .. And its completely the wrong type of battery for the situation.. Float charge for battery is 13.7 or 13.8 volts . Full charge and settled ( no charge or dischage ) is 12.8 to 13 volts .. 50% is around 12 volts or just over .. 11 volts is dead flat . But you never want to go there . If you must use that wrong battery you can get terminal connectors with ring terminals on it . But best option is to get a deep cycle battery . Even if you get a kings one . They are cheap as chips ..

Can this be used to charge lithium ion battery?
Am sure it can coz 250w panel it’s pretty powerful
It is not certain if it can. It depends on the type of solar charge controller which in this case is mounted on the back of the panel.
You need a PWM solar controller to charge a lithium battery
