Trying it on my hair at first wasn't easy, but your video is easy to follow. And i just realised I have a LOT of hair! 😂 Thank for this video, I came across you on Instagram, and now here on CZcams ❤️

Thank you! And yes I hav a lot of hair and it it quite the endeavor to pin curl all of it. I found it easier on my shoulder length hair for sure. I find the results to be worth the effort whenever I find the time to devote to it

If love to try this. 40s hair is my favorite hairstyle but I have very very thick hair and it goes down to my waist so this would take me forever!

It would but the results would be amazing. Maybe try rollers first?

@@mrstdupuy hmmmm.... I can always try that and build my way to pin curls when I'm used to it?

Thank you so much this is really helpful! I've practiced doing pin curls so many times but I'm struggling so much 😫 I've tried cushion rollers and pin curls but during the brush out my hair goes so frizzy or the curls just seems to go really loose the more I brush them out. I am using a setting lotion and the denman D3 styling brush. I also struggle to get the bottom of the curls facing the same direction and some of them end up being much longer than others so my hair looks really uneven.
I was just wondering if you had any more advice because I'd love to be able to do it better (and not to mention quicker as it takes me hours ahah) 💕 x

You’re welcome! I wonder how your hair is cut and if that may be way you have the hair going on different directions? If you brush over your hand and enforce the direction the hair should go with the flow. It does take a lot of practice but you will see improvement if you stick with it ❤️

Hi! I had 2 quick questions.
If I wanted to do this hairstyle for prom,
Would you recommend that I do the pin curls the night before or the day of?
Would I still be able to get the result you achieved if my hair is completely dry? Or would it need to be a little wet? Or could I just spray some water before I pin curl them?
I love your videos btw!! You have so much talent!!

I puked definitely do sone trial runs. You can try on wet the night before and dry and see what your hair takes on best. Sometimes my best sets are when I reroll already curled hair. Like if I pincurled my hair and the re lined the next night it will have stronger hold for me but I have strait fine hair and it works better dirty. Definitely practice till you get the result you like 😉
