A few things could be contributing, first would be if the transducer is installed properly, namely is its bottom face parallel with the bottom surface of the water. when you run slow, if you see any arches are they flat or leaning one direction or the other. If they are leaning, the transducer needs to be tilted the opposite direction. I would start with that and go from there.
so when you have the fishreveal on can it still read while your speed boat is 7 knots ? like Trolling
I would think so, most of my logging is done at about 5 mph and I get good results on FR.
My hds gen3 12 with fish reveal is a HUGE letdown
Nice video with fishreveal, but You use 3D+ hub, with standart ai31 you will never see nice video....
Is this in fresh water, got a new hds12live and the picture is worse than my 20 year old humminbird. Sad as fu-- that its a lemon sadly
