I have loved watching you for many years, and continue to enjoy watching you cook in what I think is your latest endeavor. I truly believe you are very under rated and deserve to have a million followers, maybe more, ha ha. I guess I didn't realize you are from Mn. Another gentleman I enjoyed watching was from there, Steve Hall ( shotgun Red ) from Brainerd, Minnesota, I believe. I sure miss him as do so many others after his passing. Thanks Andrew. We did Prime Rib. I wasn't feeling the turkey vibe this year. But I would do this with a roast chicken in some puff pastry. Yummo!

Happy Thanksgiving Andrew! I had some leftover turkey from yesterday and I made your Turkey A La King for this evening. The leftovers from that are going into a homemade pot pie tomorrow night! I'd like to see you make some Pho from the turkey carcass for a future recipe!
